Describe the feature
Implement a hover effect for the 'All Notes', 'Bookmarked Notes', and 'Go' buttons to improve user experience and visual feedback. Additionally, change the cursor to a pointer when hovering over the 'All Notes' and 'Bookmarked Notes' buttons to indicate they are clickable. This will make the UI more interactive and intuitive for users.
