飞牛NAS docker安装v5.0.9失败

报错：download and set env failed:TypeError: Invalid host defined options （下载并设置环境变量失败：类型错误：主机定义的选项无效）不知道怎么处理

GitHub 下载 release 失败了 可以把 lib 目录映射出来，将对应平台的 ffmpeg 下载完毕解压丢入 Lib 目录

由于网络环境的问题导致，国内下载会出现失败的情况，无法启动。下个版本全面替换为国内的云服务器提供商下载
