部分海外网站似乎需要代理才能链接下载，请问有办法让下载进程走代理吗？

为什么我添加了代理地址却没有走代理呢?http模式的,"127.0.0.1:1080"和"http://127.0.0.1:1080" 两种地址都试过了

我是在群晖docker里面使用的,post提交代理填写的是op的地址 192.168.100.250:17890,网页手动填写也是不走代理
