软件工程/计算机相关专业；硕士学历有至少2年的工作经验(或本科至少3年工作经验)，动手能力强，热爱工程实践；
具备良好的编程基础：熟悉至少一门编程语言(Python/Go等);熟悉Linux系统及使用;熟悉常用算法和数据结构;熟悉网络编程;熟悉Git开发流程；
熟练掌握Python，Django/Flask等框架；熟悉使用unittest/pytest进行单元测试开发；理解Python多进程/多线程编程；
具有良好的分析和解决问题的能力，良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
对容器相关技术如docker/containerd, kubernetes等有实践或较深入理解者优先；
对分布式系统如Spark, Redis, Ceph, Parameter Server等有实践或较深入理解者优先；
对机器学习/深度学习有了解，熟悉使用Scikit-learn/TensorFlow/PyTorch等任意框架者优先。

联想前段时间有一个职位是用 Flask 开发服务器管理系统的 Web API，所以推测这个也许会以 Flask 为主。
