Fixed bug where dead players were not respawned after the game over intermission ended, and respawned at the start of the 2nd round. #7

Fixed a freeze in the math microgame where it'd get stuck on an infinite loop choosing numbers for substraction.
Tile colors microgame: "ROSE" changed to "MARIO", "GRENADE" changed to "TW GRENADE".
"Get on a platform!" (the acid flood microgame) changed to be more clear: "Don't touch the acid!"
Added basic antibot system from nobyfng. (client version check, playerflags)
Final winners are now announced in broadcast instead of chat.
On the "Reach the end!" bouncing grenade microgame: Grenades will not spawnkill a player until 1.25 seconds pass.
Cow and "Don't move" microgames: disabled player collision and hooking.
Corrected the bot player's default skin name.
Added refill jump tiles to the "Get on the platform!" microgame (parachute), in case if you used DJ like 0.01 secs after the microgame started.
