I am currently looking into using the provider however I can't seem to see a way around being able to assign a license for a new user?

Specifically I am looking for something along the lines of - https://developers.google.com/admin-sdk/licensing/reference/rest/v1/licenseAssignments/insert

Is this achievable or do licenses have to be done via the console UI?
