These workflows are using a non-step security maintained version of the supercharge/mongodb-github-action action.

.github/workflows/api.yml
.github/workflows/add-documentation-to-repo.yaml
.github/workflows/api-manual.yml

They should all be migrated to a step-security maintained version.
