Problem description

There are these issues for migrate date:

1.Remove the ability to migrate retire pools for policies in dry run

Step to reproduce

1.Import irec 4 policy and open policy in Dry run.
2. Open the 'Data Migration' dialog.
3. Click on flag 'Migrate policy state'
4. See flag 'Migrate retire pools'

Expected behavior

'Migrate retire pools' is not displayed for policies in dry run

Actual behavior

'Migrate retire pools' is displayed for policies in dry run

2.When migrating data from Irec 3 policy to irec 4 policy, the data for the "Registrant" role is not displayed in dry run.

Step to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Import irec 3 and irec 4 policies.
2 Open policy irec 3 in Dry run and run full flow
3.Migrate data from irec 3 policy to irec 4 policy
4. The Registrant role will not be displayed

Expected behavior

The data for the "Registrant" role is displayed in dry run.

Actual behavior

The data for the "Registrant" role is not displayed in dry run.
