Use a setup block and Locator Tool

Currently, things like the category color mappings and external sources are loaded by manually selecting the associated Index Blocks throughout various pages.

Instead, this could possibly be replaced by a single setup block, the Locator Tool, and other new features such as smart fields. This would help making things much more dynamic and easier to maintain.
