DNS for hamcrest.org seems to have gone away. Who owns that?

This is an ongoing issue; I think we need to sort out the certificate story on a more permanent basis. Who owns that domain? I'm willing to own setting up a static web host for the pages, if we need to, but I don't own the domain.
