When support web-ui 1.6? I can't find "mask divide mode", :(

I can't find the option, i use mask mode, but don't work;

Those instructions are outdated. You do already have Mask mode setting applied.

Your issue is that you have "Use Base prompt" unchecked, but your prompt has 3 regions.
Notice that you only have 2 masks drawn.
Your prompt: landscape BREAK moon BREAK girl has 3 regions:

1. Landscape
2. Moon
3. Girl

You need to either draw a third mask or check one of the following: "Use base prompt" or "Use common prompt."

Please read the instructions more carefully next time.

OK, I wiould try agine. In the instuctions "support for web-ui 1.5", so I mistakenly thought it was caused by the version.

Okay, I see. It's safe to update your A1111 Web UI to newest version 1.8 if you want to. Regional Prompter does work with 1.8. Good luck! @I8Robot
