Help needed i might be stupid

I tried every fix i saw on here yet i still cant get the exe to work, i get it to the point that it gets flagged as an virus (which is good meaning code is working) but once i run the file it states the screenshot? Somehow nothing works i even tried building it on my own PC (before that i was using replit)
