[Arcade page] Remove calculated "you can buy x of these"

Minor nitpick, but it kind of bugs me that the "you can buy x of these" on the shop website no longer tells you how many you are allowed to get, and just how many you can with the tickets you have now. I liked how it was originally a lot more, so you could "plan your ticket usage" before you had the tickets to buy stuff. Another way to do this would be to add a second line with something like "max:x".
