Add Parsons Problems

In lessons and homework where appropriate, and add support for using the bookstore dataset.

Use a JS function to load the JSON from the GitHub site and pass it into Pyodide as a global variable. Then the Parsons Problems code could use that variable without having to define it as part of the problems themselves.
