Does guidance need an API endpoint that supports streaming?

I've been trying to get some simple generations going using an endpoint which it turns out cannot stream tokens (something to do with the security setup apparently - its an azure deployment).

I assume the answer is yes, but does guidance need an endpoint to support streaming? If not, where do I set the option to false? I couldn't see anything obvious in the documentation
