  1. I downloaded simlarge inputs for benchmarks and I change the inputsize line in parsecmgmt tool when making tar balls. However, for benchmarks that do not have an input folder, mktar fails. For example: streamcluster takes simlarge input as a string.
  2. Out of the ones that could be built, some fail to run on manifold.
bodytrack: ./runme.sh: line 3: bin/bodytrack: not found (although it is there inside the tarball)
vips: ./runme.sh: line 3: bin/vips: not found (although it is there inside the tarball)
facesim: Storytelling/output directory cannot be created (although the folder has write privileges)
barnes, fmm, cholesky, raytrace: ./runme.sh: line 3: bin/run.sh: not found
