Steps to reproduce:
1. Change plan name to "êåéêåéêåéêåéêåé," or something.
2. Check your plan.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see the text I entered. Instead, I see twice as much gibberish. It
looks fine when I got to change it, though.

Other pertinent information (browser version, revision number, etc):
Safari 5.0.5

Interesting - I can reproduce on grinnellplans.com, but not on my local server.
Ian A, any thoughts? What character set is the production database using? It's
a trick question, because MySQL character set support is a total shitshow and
there are about 3 different places where character sets can be configured...
