How can we reproduce the problem?
1. It looks like when you sign in as a guest
2. But I am signing in with my own username and password
3. Mona even reset and changed my password but it didn't work
So it still logged me in as a guest

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to log in... and instead I am logged in as a guest

mullsema, can you check to make sure cookies are enabled in the browser you are
using?

Does this happen if you try a different browser or different computer?

musselma: you should reset your cookies. Google for "reset cookies <name of
browser here>". Let us know how that works.

I am having the same issue, even after I have reset my cookies and made sure
they are enabled. Different browsers on the same machine make no difference,
nor does a different login (I tried the librarians plan and my own (bailey1).).
