Review / incorporate questions from @jvns blogpost 'Questions I'm asking in interviews'

Someone on twitter linked to this awesome thing by @jvns along the same lines as this repo: http://jvns.ca/blog/2013/12/30/questions-im-asking-in-interviews/. Opening an issue as a reminder either for myself or someone else to expand this repo with questions from this source (and of course add to the thanks section in the readme). I really like the idea of having a technical fail fast section at the top with questions like 'What VCS do you use?' (and similar recommendations to run away screaming if the answer is 'none')
