We are looking for a way of taking donations and paying a few people out of that pot... also most of our donors and contributors are based in UK / EU / Russia, not the USA, so if you're doing anything with US taxes then that's a blocker.

Presently, we don't do anything with US taxes, because payroll isn't operating. All contributions flow from the team to the team owner (in this case, @fommil).
