I'm modifying the labels in this repo ahead of creating some new Radars.

• made a new Product label
• Legal → Compliance
• Security Team → Security
• standardized the label color for the above as well as Accounting and Marketing
• color was too close on Partnerships so I differentiated that (for now?)

Trimming up the roadmap in a couple stages (compare with last week, #571, for the diff). First, let's prune the stubbed out yellow and orange that now (will) have their own radars, along with the blue that doesn't seem to be going anywhere special:

Okay! What am I doing?

• Accounting—I need to get statements for @tlevine and help @kaguillera land his PR.
• Marketing—I need to draft that story for OpenSource.com (submit article to OpenSource.com #551).
• Product—I want to chip away on payroll!
  • Sounds like @mattbk wants to keep chipping away on Widgets 2.0, I should help spec that out.
• Tech—Seems like @rohitpaulk is on top of the Mandrill migration (deal with Mandrill changes #515).
  • One of these weeks I'm gonna need to fix route corruption and land backfilling to free up accounting.
• Security—Machinery must never be used as a substitute for vigilance.

I still have things I can do without the statements, so you can postpone
getting me statements if other things are more pressing. Either way,
it's nice to see it on the list.
