We've already done manual payouts via Transferwise (gratipay/inside.gratipay.com#249 and gratipay/inside.gratipay.com#381). Do they have an API? Can we promote them to a first-class payout route that users can configure directly?

@rohitpaulk Maybe this is a better alternative to #3870 than #726?
