Zipmark doesn't have working webhooks yet (#3491 (comment)).

We currently have a CSV reporting mechanism for [failures]. They can be delivered via email or sftp. [W]e will provision an sftp account for you[.] [W]e push it there, [and] you would need to poll that sftp server[.]
