We currently pay Heroku $70/mo. Looks like the cost would be a bit lower on AWS: ~$53/mo (once 1-yr partial prepays are prorated).

Although it's so nickel-and-dimey, it's hard to feel confident in their pricing estimate.

We were rejected by Citizens (#3366), so we're no longer trying to build our own direct ACH integration. We're going to try Zipmark instead (#3491).
