Support Google Checkout #187
Comments
As with PayPal (#63, #186), I'd like someone to champion this, as I don't have enough experience with Google Checkout to trust that I'm not going to get stuck with lots of fees and mess. With Balanced (#78) and Dwolla (#65) we have the companies themselves providing the integration so the level of trust is as high as can be. |
Would like to investigate this claim more:

I would be happy with Stripe too, actually :). The blog post you linked to makes it sound much better than Google Checkout. |
I HAVE SENT OUT THE FIRST EMAIL TO GOOGLE WALLET. Let us see what happens! |
+1 from yabdi via Twitter. |
It seems like Google Wallet is also targeted towards pay-ins. Also i've found this in the FAQ:

The underlying concern here is that Gittip stores credit card details, but we don't. Balanced is parallel to Stripe and WePay. |
Just a quick suggestion to support Google checkout. I think you guys are doing a great job with this, but I just don't like the idea of spreading out my credit card information to tons of sites on the Internet. PayPal has an unfortunate history of withholding funds at the most inopportune moments, so I personally like Google Wallet/Checkout or an alternative payment aggregator (maybe https://www.wepay.com/?).
Cheers!
