[Feature] Provide current block hash+number in trigger handler for substreams based subgraphs #5738

Description

The only way to get current block number from handleTrigger function is to implicitly specify it in substream output. Am I right?

Are you aware of any blockers that must be resolved before implementing this feature? If so, which? Link to any relevant GitHub issues.
