Build fails when injecting CCUD plugin into project configured to use incompatible DV plugin #26

Given a build that applies and older DV plugin (but no CCUD plugin), the build will fail when an incompatible CCUD plugin version is injected.

Possible solutions:

Increase the compatibility range for CCUD plugin, reducing the chance that an existing DV project will be using an incompatible DV plugin version.
Detect the applied DV plugin version and avoid applying the CCUD plugin if the version is incompatible.
