現行網站的範例
若拒絕授權，後續如何開啟?
支援度如何? (mobile, pc)
有沒有什麼限制，有沒有更好的選擇

發通知這一點應該是允許就可以發
但 service worker 是不是可以對 Notification 這個功能更加分?
