Why is this still stuck on 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT #247

I don't want to be using the snapshot version of this lib, however the non-snapshot (1.0.0) stable version does not have the content_available flag.

Can the snapshot version be released if it's ready please

Ideally it should be 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT but nevertheless, looks to be this project is not actively maintained.
