This will be easier to implement with wit-encoder 0.216.0+ which will have support to load the AST fromwit-parser's output.

Unfortunately this latest wit-encoder version is not published yet, and updating to the new versions of wit-parser is also not trivial because of the introduction of multiple package definitions per WIT file.

Because of this I'm removing this from the Golem 1.0 milestone.
