The GolangIndia StudyGroup is a volunteer driven effort. We are looking for more volunteers who are interested in helping us grow the community organically and bring the best out of all of us.
You can help us in the following ways. A lot of these tasks will take place a a frequency at which we conduct sessions, which is once every two weeks.
StudyGroup Repo Maintenance: This involves keeping content on this repo up-to-date with schedules and proposals from past sessions and upcoming sessions.
Session Host: You can help us with participating and moderating a session. You'll communicate with participants, and presenters and ensure that the session progresses in a timely manner. You'll also record the session (via the Record option in
Zoom
meeting) and make the recording available once the session is complete.Video Editing & Youtube Admin: You can help us edit, fine-tune and upload the session video, update description and moderate any comments we receive on Youtube.
Content Promotion and participant engagement: You can help spread the word about the StudyGroup and its upcoming sessions on twitter, slack channels, meetup and other social circles. You can engage in some Q&A with new participants and provide them with info on what we do, and where they can seek more information.
Please feel free to chime in if you would like to contribute. You may also get in touch on Slack, either on the
#gostudygroup-india
channel or DM one of the maintainers. The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
