It would be really great if we were able to get the gocd-cli as easy as wgetting the binary from Github's releases page.
Say you want to validate a pipeline yaml, you probably don't want to spin a up a whole Docker container for it, you would rather run a command for that.

Locally, I've been able to run go install github.com/gocd-contrib/gocd-cli@latest and run the tool with gocd-cli, however I'm struggling to get this working on GitHub actions.
