Deploy to goatcorp infrastructure so people can play around with it

Even incomplete, having a deployment will incentivise people to try it out and make contributions to it. This is a little difficult to do right now; I think we're waiting on @KazWolfe to put together a proposal for goatcorp/DIPs#46.

In its current state, it'd be ideal if it were only advertised internally to start with, since it has no moderation capabilities beyond direct interventions from platform admin accounts. Besides that, I think that's a great idea, I'll have a look at how soon something can go online.
