Hello,
From my understanding Red Hat will no longer support the Gluster project sometime late 2024 in favor of Ceph or at the behest of IBM pushing GPFS. Assuming this is the case where do we go from here? I suspect GlusterFS will simply fade into obscurity or get raped and pillaged and then turned it a pseudo-proprietary software stack with all of its core components monetized under the guise of "innovation".
