커밋 링크 클릭시 현재는 외부 브라우저로 이동하지만 vscode의 다른 pannel 혹은 webview안에 작은 frame으로 열리거나 하는 방식으로 개선
외부 링크 열리는 방법들을 셋팅으로 설정

#365와 비슷한 이슈인것같아서 적어두겠습니다!
