User Story

As a Gitcoin Core member or Gitcoin Ambassador, I want to use an augmented Issue Explorer Check In tool to help facilitate and process all of the bounties that are on the Gitcoin platform.

Why Is this Needed

Summary: Many of the bounties that are posted onto Gitcoin run into roadblocks - either the funder forgets to pay out the bounty, the bounty hunter becomes inactive, or there are other issues that come up. We'd like to have a personalized, Gitcoin facilitated experience with each bounty.

The current process of conducting the Issue Explorer Check In is time consuming and inefficient. More time is spent keeping track of tabs than understanding what is happening with the bounty. A tool created to minimize friction with bounty review and check in would accelerate the process.

Create an Issue Explorer Check In tool with functionality that allows for the rapid check in of bounties.

Ideal features:

• Low latency
• Sign in / pairing with Gitcoin backend so Ambassadors / Staff don't do check in twice
• Tags for internal tracking
• Pre-written responses that are autoinjected into Github comment boxes
• Ability to assign bounty review to users
• "Snooze" feature on bounties to check in later

Data Requirements
