About the papers and genetic data processing

Hello giocoal! thank you for your open source sharing, I am very interested in the content of the repo. And I have some questions about this repo that I would like to ask you;

1. Does this repo have relevant papers?
2. In the abstract of the readme, it is mentioned that 'a dataset of axial 2D slices was created from 3D T1-weighted MRI brain images, integrating clinical, genetic, and biological sample data', but I did not find the processing code for clinical and genetic , where are they?
