Cursor color and foreground color #7

Hello,

in the config of this repo it is set:

cursor_color = "#002b36"

foreground_color = "#002b36"

However #002b36 is not of the solarized palette.

I have personally changed it to:

cursor_color = "#839496"
foreground_color = "#839496"

that is part of the solarized palette (it is what the gnome-terminal-solarized uses).

Nevertheless, thanks for the config file. It is very usefull.
