update macports info on DevInstallGuide

I have just committed a port for ggobi on MacPorts.

Therefore, to build from source using macports all that should be required is 
to "port install ggobi". 
All library requirements will be automatically installed and built.

Also, for 10.6 (and I suspect 10.5) the advice on that page regarding linking 
glibtool and glibtoolize 
to libtool and libtoolize is no longer necessary. (It is also a very bad idea 
because of the way that 
macports manages files.)
