coredump if category variable levels not sorted

What steps will reproduce the problem?

a category variable of
 <categoricalvariable name="category">
  <levels count="2">
   <level value="0">blah1</level>
   <level value="1">blah2</level>
  </levels>
 </categoricalvariable>

see attached xml
is ok but if the levels are swapped (ie 1 comes first) the app coredumps

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
order should be irrelevant

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v2.1.7 win32
