Impossible to subscribe Pro Plan - Credit Cartd Declined
I tried to upgrade to the Pro subscription since the trial version is no longer accessible, but every payment attempt failed. It’s astonishing that a company claiming to lead in AI services in 2024 has such inefficient payment systems. The available payment options are limited, ridiculous, and poorly designed, showing a complete lack of regard for the user experience.
To make matters worse, the technical and customer support is utterly unacceptable: slow, unresponsive, or entirely useless, adding insult to injury. Not only have you wasted my valuable time, but you’ve also shattered the trust I initially had in your product.
I was excited about what your trial version offered and was ready to support you by subscribing to the Pro version. Unfortunately, the entire experience has been degrading, demoralizing, and utterly disappointing. At this point, I question whether you are truly capable of delivering on your promises.
