E.g. if you have a PR title WIP,ENH: working on my feature and you have the mapping configured for ENH and WIP, will this parse the comma-separated values and apply multiple labels?

Not currently - but I think that would be a worthwhile feature! Originally I wanted to keep this super simple, but I think having an optional config for a separator for multiple labels would be useful.

I started working on this in #14 but want to take the time to add some needed test suite to this repo and make sure I'm thinking about weird cases.
