Currently default of (seemingly) light blue and pixel size 1 or 0.5 (as points) is used. Labels are as follows:

  • R = point center is too far from region center
  • O = out-of-bounds (center violates one-standard-deviation buffer in each dimension (from where its true box was)
  • z = too diffuse of fit in z
  • xy = too diffuse of fit in xy
  • S = insufficient signal-to-noise ratio

@TLSteinacker any thoughts about the size and color of the text? I find it so far not ideal, the light-blue-on-red-or-blue. We can adjust just text color, or in conjunction w/ #1
