Describe the Bug

The competition entries are closed but not yet judged. To add an additional sponsor works but the sponsor upload image does not.
To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '..Admin Upload Images.'
2. Click on '..single image upload (drag and drop has same problem)'
3. Scroll down to '.Choose image file ..' Upload image file
4. See error
   

Expected Behavior

The image file should appear in the list for selection.
