Blueprint is mostly targeted for "building complex data-dense interfaces for desktop applications". While the components are great and really easy to use, some of it doesn't work all that great in mobile.
Looking at Fluent, it has most of the components that we need while not being overwhelming (like AntDesign). Overall development and support appears to be better as well since it's used by Microsoft and associated partners to develop Office and Teams apps. Blueprint development appear to have slowed down significantly. It's still got the React StrictMode bug from not sure how long ago.
Only thing that it doesn't have that we use from Blueprint would be the Omnibar and the keyboard shortcuts. Although it's arguable that the UX using the Omnibar to add characters isn't all that great...
