[User Story] Export structured data

Need

As a bioinformatician I would like to be able to export the results in a structured data format, such as JSON, so I could upload this to my local LIMS.

Suggested approach

This we should try to refine to better understand what is the need here, especially in terms of workflow.

What data should be part of such an export? Is it just the raw data from the pipeline, or is it also historical data and notes etc.

Can be closed when

• We fully understand what such structured data should contain, and for what purpose
• Understand who will do this (Bioinformatician, clinician, lab, etc)
• Decide if this should come from the pipeline or the visualisation tool
