No index files found for bam file #17

Hello,

Bam file index file ( .bam.bai) is not recognized even though it is in the same directory as the bam file

[INFO] Validate Input...
[ERROR] No index files found for chrMT_1.bam

Error: Execution failed.

Is it a bug? how to go around it? Are there any special parameters that index files mush be generated with in order to be recognized?
