Updating the ATOF labeling

Need to include the changes made to gemc/detectors with PR260 and to gemc/source in PR258. They are minor changes concerning the sector/layer/component indexing and a rotation of the atof (by 3º in phi, clockwise).

txt files that will be changed after the updates to the detector repo are:

atof__geometry*.txt
atof__parameters*.txt
