Can't grab an unlocked object whose bounds are inside a locked object's bounds #42

To reproduce:

place a larger object so that it completely encloses a smaller object
lock the larger object, but leave the smaller object unlocked
try to grab the smaller object
the behavior is that the smaller object won't respond at all.

For some reason, I had more luck grabbing with my right hand than my left.

I tested this on Quest around November 3rd, 2020. Also noticed around 10/12/20. And re-verified this on v0.1.7 recently
