• Update CHANGELOG
• Cut a rug tag
• Add tag release notes

Trying to get #2090 fixed too... got caught in a rabbit hole that ultimately led to finding this juicy issue: pyca/cryptography#5771

Not going to hold up 6.0.3 on the failing Docker build. It's weird.

Did some digging into the docker fail, I think its an ansible issue but I didn't want to dig too far.
Here is what I got:

• The failure is related to the postifx service which I am seeing other tickets about in the ansible issue queue (service module)
  -- ansible.builtin.service erronously states that service is not started, when it actually is ansible/ansible#73936
  -- systemd service start doesn't start dependencies ansible/ansible#73855
  -- Service module is not working in FreeBSD ansible/ansible#73562
• There was a recent change in the service module in ansible related to string compatibility which could be the culprit
  -- ansible/ansible@e0c75a6#diff-455776c96408127a660e622f67e53963a3049430c75c2dc8f74f5c526b3cb6f5

Is there a way you can easily test this with a version of ansible from dec 2020? (2.10.4, 2.9.16, 2.8.18)?
